10 Dead After Russian Missile Hits Cargo Ship Near Odesa
The Russian cruise missiles hit the Guinean-Bissau flagged cargo ship "Golden Leo" near Odesa and left ten dead, which includes one Ukrainian mariner and four Indians, thus becoming the most deadly naval incident in the recent times. This is the effort made by Russia in order to disrupt the $9 billion maritime export route used by Ukraine, while in response to which Ukraine launched an attack on many Russian ships through drones. Meanwhile, the ongoing violence has taken a toll on civilians from both sides; for instance, a Ukrainian drone strike on a bus in the Belgorod region of Russia resulted in the death of five civilians.
